Federal, State & Local Resource Access

ESF6 will perform the technical research and the preparation of funding requests for the Projects to Federal, State, County and municipal entities within the corresponding State. Funding request will include but not limited to available federal, state, local and private resources, application action plan, procurement guidance, guidance on the use of funds and development plan.
